SMS MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. SMS Program Description
PatienceTrading offers an SMS messaging program for customers and website visitors who voluntarily choose to receive text messages from us.
SMS consent is collected exclusively through our website's Chat Widget. Customers may provide their mobile phone number through the Chat Widget and may separately and voluntarily select the applicable SMS consent option presented within the Chat Widget.
SMS consent is not required to use our website, request information, contact us, or purchase or receive our products or services.
Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service-related notifications, customer support communications, and other messages consistent with the messaging program selected by the customer.
We do not obtain SMS consent through website forms, scheduling forms, account registration, purchases, email, phone calls, or any other method unless expressly stated in the applicable campaign registration.
2. How SMS Consent Is Collected
Customers who wish to receive SMS messages may opt in only through the PatienceTrading Chat Widget available on our website at https://patiencetradingacademy.com/home.
Within the Chat Widget, customers provide their mobile phone number and are presented with the applicable SMS consent disclosure. Customers must take an affirmative action to select the SMS consent option. SMS consent is optional and is not pre-selected.
Customers may submit an inquiry or request assistance without consenting to receive SMS messages.
